Item 7.01.    Regulation FD Information.
On Wednesday, February 21, 2024, SEI Investments Company (the “Company”) announced a strategic investment of $10.0 million in TIFIN, a leading innovation platform accelerating the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) in wealth management. The acquisition is not a significant acquisition of assets or otherwise material to the operations or financial results of the Company. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference.
