Chrysler Group Establishes Sales Records with May 2007 Certified Pre-owned Vehicle (CPOV) Sales

AUBURN HILLS, Mich., June 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Chrysler
Group reported that its Five Star(R) dealers sold a new May record
of 11,243 Certified Pre-owned Vehicles (CPOV), an increase of 10.6
percent over May 2006 sales of 10,164 units and a 8.4 percent
increase over April 2007 sales. Record year-to-date sales amounted
to 53,829 units for 2007, an increase of 6.5 percent over
year-to-date sales last year. Chrysler brand leads the group with a
5 percent sales increase from May 2006, posting sales of 3,948
units. Dodge sales increased 11 percent to 4,597 units. Jeep(R)
brand accelerated 21 percent to 2,698 units. "Beyond consistently
setting new sales records for Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge CPO
vehicles, our participating dealers are leveraging the CPOV program
as an effective marketing tool for driving incremental traffic,"

Five Star dealers to grow both their new and used vehicle customer

program, it must be a 2002 through 2007 model pre-owned vehicle

365-day full roadside assistance with a $35 per day rental car
