EVT Eaton Vance Tax Advantaged Dividend Income Fund

At a meeting held today, the Board of Trustees of Eaton Vance Tax-Advantaged Dividend Income Fund (the �Fund�) (NYSE:EVT), a closed-end investment company, voted to hold the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of the Fund on Friday, June 20, 2008 at 1:30 p.m. (EST). The meeting will be held at the principal office of the Fund, The Eaton Vance Building, 255 State Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02109. Proxy materials will be mailed on or about April 25, 2008 to shareholders of record on April 14, 2008. Shareholders will be asked to vote on the election of three Class II Trustees of the Fund. The Fund is managed by Eaton Vance Management, a subsidiary of Eaton Vance Corp., which is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol EV. Eaton Vance and its affiliates had over $152.9 billion in assets under management as of January 31, 2008.
