The Experiential Agency Names Darren Andereck, Executive Vice
President and Creative Director He Joins XA From Alice's Garden,

announced that Darren Andereck has joined the firm as executive
vice president and creative director. He will report to Joe Wagner,
XA's chief operating officer. As executive vice president and
creative director, Andereck will lead a team of ten Chicago-based
design professionals in creating multi-dimensional event decor and
displays. Andereck joins XA from Alice's Garden, one of Chicago's
most prestigious floral and event decor providers for more than a
decade. He was co-owner and an award-winning creative director of
the company. Alice's Garden provided floral arrangements and decor
for the Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton and Peninsula Hotels as well as
visual display services for such distinguished retail stores as Van
