Board Change

The Company announces that Robert Walker, who for health reasons resigned as an
executive director of Imprint on 30 September 2002, has for similar reasons
today resigned as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.
 The Board thanks Robert for his contribution to the development and success of
the Company to date.

In conjunction with his resignation, Mr Walker's entire shareholding of
2,300,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, representing approximately
13.3 per cent of the Company's issued share capital, has today been placed with
a number of  blue chip institutional investors at a price of 68 p per share.
Following this transaction, Robert Walker no longer has an interest in the
Company's share capital.
