                          Disposal of Anglair Limited

                         ("Peterhouse" or the "Group")





Peterhouse Group Plc today announces it has completed the disposal of Anglair
Limited ("Anglair"), the Group's compressed air and pneumatics engineering
operations to Airchannel Limited, a private company, for #1.5 million paid in
cash at completion.  The consideration is subject to the preparation of
completion accounts.



In the year ended 31 December 2002, Anglair generated a profit before taxation
of #0.2m and had net assets of #0.9m.
