At the Meeting, shareholders will be asked to elect the
directors of the Company for the ensuing year and to appoint
PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the independent auditor of the
Company. Following the conclusion of the formal proceedings of
AutoCanada's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, Steven Landry, President & CEO, will address
shareholders, provide a summary of 2017 results and discuss the
current state of the Company and key initiatives.
The Company is also pleased to announce that Paul W. Antony, currently President & Chief
Executive Officer of MAP Investco, formerly Founder & Chair of
Carproof Corporation, has been nominated for election as a Director
at the Meeting.
