Symbility Solutions, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Automated
Benefits Corp. (TSX VENTURE: AUT), is proud to announce the release
of the latest version of the Symbility Mobile Claims and Symbility
Claims Connect applications.
New functionality has been introduced to better enhance and
streamline the claims estimation process, as Version 4.0 has over
fifteen new features. Symbility now communicates with providers of
aerial roofing measurements. When synchronizing Mobile Claims,
users receive a detailed report and an automatically generated 3D
roof plan. This plan can drive a full 3D exterior plan of the house
to build roofing and exterior estimates.
Another enhancement in Version 4.0 allows companies to define
their own default Claim Structure when creating a new claim or when
assigning a claim to a vendor. Using different tools, users can
change the default Claim Structure by adding, removing, ordering
and renaming diagrams, estimates, photo pages, forms or handwritten
notes. Users also can create new Claim Structures based on the type
of claim or type of loss.
In Version 4.0, Symbility has greatly improved its report engine
in the Report Builder. This new flexible and lightweight engine
gives users more options when creating, generating or viewing
reports, provides them with a greater selection of charts, and
allows the user to run multiple reports simultaneously.
"Acting as a communications hub, Symbility's software solutions
can easily integrate with leading vendors in the industry," states
Chief Technology Officer Marc-Olivier Huynh, Symbility Solutions
Inc. "Our collaborative approach to claims technology allows
adjusters in the field to quickly access data supplied by vendors,
therefore reducing cycle time and improving user experience. We
look forward to integrating with other key supply chain vendors in
the upcoming releases."
