Confederation Minerals Ltd. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:CFM) reports that it
has granted incentive stock options, exercisable to purchase up to an aggregate
of 250,000 shares of the Company, to a director of the Company. The options are
all exercisable at the price of $0.69 per share until February 25, 2016, subject
to any earlier termination in accordance with their terms.
