Carlaw Capital Corp. Announces Change of Directors and Officers

Carlaw Capital Corp. (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:CLW.P), a capital pool
company, announced the resignation of Mr. Ravi Sood from its board of directors,
effective August 24, 2007. However, it is the intention of both the Corporation
and Mr. Ravi Sood that he will be re-appointed to the board of directors
immediately following the annual and special meeting of shareholders to be held
on September 21, 2007.


In addition, the Corporation is pleased to announce the appointment of two new
directors. Mr. Richard Kimel and Mr. Robert Campbell have both joined the board
of directors and have resigned from their respective positions as Secretary and
Chief Operating Officer of the Corporation.
