Susannah Pierce, who joined the
Board of PentaNova in 2017, resigned from the PentaNova Board of
Directors on Thursday June 21, 2018
due to increasing personal and professional
commitments.
PentaNova has greatly benefited from Ms. Pierce's contributions,
drawing from her experience and success in the oil and gas
industry. The Company thanks her for her support and
contributions and wishes her continued success in the future.
At the time of Ms. Pierce's resignation, she served on the
Board's Audit Committee. Following her departure, the
PentaNova Board of Directors consists of 8 members.
