Issues 600,000 common shares at $0.375 per share; 80,000 at $0.40 per share

industry, announced the grant of options.
STOCK OPTION GRANT
During the month of October, the
Company has granted options to acquire an aggregate of 600,000
common shares at an exercise price of $0.375 per share expiring October 13, 2026 and 80,000 common shares at an
exercise price of $0.40 expiring
October 27, 2026 to directors,
officers and employees of the Company. The options vest
equally over three years and are governed by the Company's Stock
Option Plan.
