Longacre, has acquired 1,127,778 common shares ("Common Shares") of Wood Composite Technologies Inc. ("WCT") (being approximately 1.52% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares) at a price of $0.0243 per share.  After giving effect to the acquisition, Ms. Longacre holds 8,291,478 Common Shares (being approximately 11.17% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares). The acquisition took place on a private basis. Ms. Longacre's interest in WCT is for investment purposes only.  Ms. Longacre has no current intention of making a take-over bid for WCT.  Ms. Longacre reserves the right from time to time to purchase additional Common Shares of WCT or to dispose of Common Shares held by Ms. Longacre as circumstances warrant.
