Alternative Energy Development Corporation (OTCBB: ADEC), an emerging provider of clean fuel automotive solutions announced today that the company has entered into a binding letter of intent with Potts Advertising of Fort Lauderdale, Florida to launch a national marketing, distribution and reseller campaign to promote sales of AEDC's e3 Fuel Saver -- a cost-effective automotive fuel saving device designed to help consumers save serious money at the pump.

Under the terms of the agreement, Potts Advertising, a nationally recognized leader in automotive marketing, advertising and distribution solutions shall be granted exclusive rights to act as agent for product sales of the company's propitiatory e3 Fuel Saver to participating Potts auto dealers throughout North America. The Agreement calls for Potts to deliver 835 dealers by June 30, 2010. e3 Fuel Saver units will be sold to participating Auto Nation, Van Tuyl and Sonic auto dealers, who will also be recognized as certified AEDC resellers/installers for the e3 Fuel Saver.
