--An Allianz unit in Australia is being investigated by the country's Royal Commission after an inquiry heard that the German insurer reportedly mislead clients by promising limitless emergency medical coverage, Reuters reports.

--According to Reuters, the inquiry heard that Allianz's website led customers to believe it offered unlimited emergency medical cover, when in fact its policies had a $715 cap and location restrictions.

--The policies in question had been offered on the company's website since December 2015 and were only removed this year, despite concerns raised by the company's lawyers, Reuters said.
