Forza Innovations Inc. (the “Registrant”) has determined that it is unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended June 30, 2022 due to requiring additional time to prepare and review its audited financial statements, including the notes thereto. The Registrant intends to file its Form 10-K on or before the extended deadline of October 13, 2022.
