Agreed. Haven’t bought in a long while. Holding 125k shares. I think the group behind this can make this go $3 or $4 easily if everything lines up. And uplist too. I’m sure they need a cash infusion though.

We shall see. Long over due for updates.

Well if said company buys and is worth more Money….then your not being diluted down on.

It’s more like you have less shares of a more valuable company.

And the valuations are not the market pricing….as that’s just what traders are willing to buy and sell for. The valuation comes in the form of actual tangible and intangible assets.

Agreed. Bought my first shares here in 2018 before IMUC fell apart. Have averaged down and kept buying. I had almost 7% of float before merger.

Still waiting. Just want to see something big happen here.

Haha. Nope. But there was a 30 day quiet period after canceling the funding raise.

Trial seems positive.

Not sure where they go from here but they have to have some funding plan to further trials.

They should be wrapping up testing on toxicity of their EOM613.

“Results indicate that EOM613 treatment mitigates cytokine release in patients with COVID-19 pulmonary vascular inflammation.”

When they merged with a larger company I assume the intentions were to help move this along faster as getting into phase 3 is not an easy task. So they must be close to something….



could be wrong so do not go off my judgement on this particular company

BUT

It seems like it doesn’t belong on the OTC at all.

Per Irach in an email last week

Thanks for reaching out.

As you are possibly aware, the SEC rules specifically require that when a S-1 registration statement is put out there and still effective, a public company must maintain a 'quiet period" wherein a company's management and marketing teams cannot release any additional information or offer opinions on the firm than those which are present and contained in the registration statement. That explains the long silence and lack of news flow.

Now that the S-1 has been duly withdrawn, one may expect such information and updates to be released when available, with the caveat that there is an additional 30-day moratorium period after the S-1 has been withdrawn. One may therefore expect a news flow post that 30-day moratorium period.

Good for them.

Eventually this will be a big ordeal once they get everything in place.

Otherwise the Goldberg family will be out a lot of money. It makes more sense for this to take off anyways with a quite a few “possible” vaccinations going into phase 3 trail.

If that happens (it seems like two may get approved around same time….) this company will shoot up in value almost
10 fold.

But I’m never selling my shares.
Nobody needs to.

You should either not be investing at all…

OR

You work for a lender/investor that either wants more shares or wants us to sell them.

I agree this should rocket in price. Doesn’t look like they have raised the money yet. Perhaps a slow down with markets and banking fiasco.

S1 was amended and filed Dec 20 2022. https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=16268613&guid=THA-kpnke4QtQth

Waiting for financials to drop and see what’s in them. They will have to have audited financials and be SEC reporting for the S1 to be live (or at least that’s my understanding).

Should happen sometime this year though.

I’ve called their number several times. About a month ago Irach Taraporewala actually answered. He didn’t have much to say but did confirm they were diligently working on data review to get news out.

No doubt they know how to raise funds and will time news with funding.

NO THEORY.

Major increase in price coming.

They raised capital without issue and have 2 vaccines/IP on the table for phase 3.

That’s more than enough for me.

This could go at anytime after the long low volume sell off. And I feel that it’s only like this now due to market conditions. They got money at the right time before the rates skyrocketed.

This stock could go very big.
Like gap fills at $10+….

Some think I’m crazy (I mean I could be…)
But honestly…I’d be surprised if this isnt trading over the $1 range when they move a few phase 2’s into 3.

Phase 3’s can monetize and reap royalties very quickly OR they end up selling the patents and IP for millions. Either way it seems to me like this is very undervalued
