Swedish cash handling company Loomis AB (LOOM-B.SK) Monday said
its Norwegian subsidiary has been appointed by Norwegian bank DNB
ASA (DNB.OS) to take over all its cash handling services in the
country.
MAIN FACTS:
-The total annual value of the agreement is estimated to be more
than NOK100 million.
-The agreement is covering a period of three years, with an
option for DNB to extend the agreement for additional two
years.
-The deal includes transportation of cash, cash processing and
the responsibility for managing 880 machines, including more than
300 ATMs.
-The contract is valid from Sept. 1.
-Loomis shares closed Friday at SEK125.75.
