I dumped before the close over that very issue. It's becoming the norm for a good runup and THEN have an offering dumped after the market closes. PHUN was a classic a couple of days ago.

If ROI doesn't drop some decent news in the next few days ... wouldn't surprise me to see them drop an unexpected R/S as well now that they've bombed the stock with an offering.

Was I right, or was I right... lol... I guess tomorrow's another day.... The share price of one of the companies in which these guys Are 70% owners is trading at a market cap over 100 million... went from .50 to $12 in December... who knows maybe they'll make it through the new year yet without "share offerings"... this might just blow past .60s on the next run and head over a dollar.... then, anything less than .30s is a buy and a half
