ANNOUNCEMENT OF DORADA CORPORATION


Dorada Corporation, a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands, announces that
it will be increasing its issued and paid up capital by issuing up to a maximum 
of U.S.$225,000,000 of additional A Shares or B Shares and Capital Notes 
(pursuant to its U.S.$1,000,000,000 Capital Note Programme).

Dorada Corporation has at the date hereof received commitments for the issuance 
of U.S.$115,000.000 of Shares and Capital Notes, and the Issuer intends to issue
at least this amount by 15th November, 2002.
