Changes
to the Management Board of JSC Halyk Bank
Following a resolution by the Board
of Directors of JSC Halyk Bank (hereinafter - the 'Bank'), starting
from 19 February 2024 Mr. Aivar Bodanov has resigned from the position
of Deputy CEO, the member of the Management Board.
Following his resignation, the
number of the Bank's Management Board members has been decreased to
seven people.
