The Boards of Management of Impact Housing Association Limited
(a Community Benefit Society with Registered Number 21411R and
Registered Provider of Social Housing with Number L0917) ("Impact")
and The Riverside Group Limited (a Community Benefit Society with
Registered Number 30938R and Registered Provider of Social Housing
with Number L4552) ("Riverside" - the parent of Impact) have agreed
to consider the possibility of Impact transferring its engagements
into Riverside (in accordance with the statutory procedure set out
in Section 110 of the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies
Act 2014) before the end of the current financial year (31 March
2020). Further updates will be shared as appropriate in due
course.
