    STATEMENT REGARDING INVESTOR MEETINGS - TRADING UPDATE

    DP World Limited will be presenting to and meeting with investors at the Macquarie Global Infrastructure Conference in London and New
York from Monday 12 May 2008.

    During these meetings, management will update investors on trading for the first quarter of 2008 when they will report that the strong
trading in January and February, as reported on 7 April 2008, has continued into March, resulting in a strong first quarter.

    Whilst it is still early in the year, and growth across global markets remains uncertain, we continue to believe we are well placed to
deliver good results this year.
