            Advance Visual Communications Plc: Issue of New Shares

Advance Visual Communications announces that it has today allotted 200,000 new
Ordinary Shares of 1p each in Advance Visual Communications for cash of #
2,000.

Application has today been made to the Alternative Investment Market of the
London Stock Exchange for the admission of the 200,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p
each in Advance Visual Communications plc.

The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares
of the Company. Trading is expected to commence on AIM as soon as possible.
