On 13 July 2017, the Company purchased in the market 37,000 Ordinary shares at a price of 72.4595 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury.

4,195,000 Ordinary shares held in treasury

66,572,824 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)
