Update on Enforcement of Jiadeli Award

ARC Capital Holdings Limited ("ARCH") (AIM: ARCH) announces that on 26 November 2014, it was notified that HNA Group filed an application to Beijing Second Intermediate Court on 13 November 2014 to set aside the awardpreviously made on 3 June 2014. In light of the application made by HNA Group, the enforcement of the award is suspended.

A further announcement will be made in due course in respect of any material developments on this matter.
