                      ("Atlantic Global" or "the Company")

                             Chairman Share Purchase


Atlantic Global Plc ("The Company"), the specialist provider of integrated
business and resource management software applications, announces that the
Company was informed on Friday 14th December 2007 that its Non-executive
Chairman, Adrian Bradshaw, and its Managing Director, Eugene Blaine, each
purchased an aggregate of 35,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares"). Adrian Bradshaw bought his shares on 14th December 2007 and
Eugene Blaine bought his shares on 13th December 2007. Details of the directors'
shareholdings as a result of the purchases are set out below:

In addition to the Ordinary Shares set out above, bought using the Bradmount
SSAS, Adrian Bradshaw also personally owns 514,980 shares which represent a
further 2.25% of the issued share capital of the company.

Accordingly, Adrian Bradshaw is interested in 722,980 Ordinary Shares,
representing 3.16% of the issued share capital of the Company.
