Holding in Company

Pursuant to section 198 of the Companies Act 1985 the Company received
notification on 29 September 2006 that Griffin Two Limited had disposed of 2
million ordinary shares in the Company. Subsequent to this disposal Griffin Two
Limited is interested in 28,933,333 ordinary shares representing 13.84 per
cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

The issued share capital of the Company is 208,999,999 ordinary shares.
