AVEVA Group plc announces that on 13 December 2021 it was notified of the following share option exercises and sales which took place on that day:

Lisa Johnston, Chief Marking Officer and Chief Sustainability Officer

Performance share awards granted under the AVEVA Group Long Term Incentive Plan vested. Ms Johnston received 10,857 shares and sold 2,662 shares at a price of GBP32.72 per share to cover associated tax obligations and costs, retaining the balance of 8,195 shares.

Conditional share awards granted under the AVEVA Group Senior Employee Restricted Share Plan vested. Ms Johnston received 4,114 shares and sold 1,009 shares at a price of GBP32.72 per share to cover associated tax obligations and costs, retaining the balance of 3,105 shares.
