                           Update on Dover Properties 
 
 
Regarding the proposed disposal of the Dover Properties to Dover Gateway Limited 
as  announced on 5 March and 24 May 2010,  the Company reports that it is still 
awaiting the completion of a new clawback overage deed on the Western Heights 
properties at Dover by the Office of the Secretary of State.   It is expected 
that the matter will be resolved shortly, whereupon the Company will make a 
further announcement.
