Dublin/London, 14 December 2016: Cairn Homes Plc (LSE:CRN),
announces that Non-Executive Director, Aidan O'Hogan has decided to
step down from the Board with effect from 13 December 2016. Mr
O'Hogan joined the Board in May 2015.
