CT Automotive, a leading designer, developer and supplier of interior components to the global automotive industry, announces that Geraint Davies, a Non-Executive Director, has purchased 4,800 Ordinary Shares of 0.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 65.9 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the transaction, Mr Davies is now interested in 4,800 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.007 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
