Completion of Consolidation of Ordinary Share Capital

Further to the announcement dated 29 September 2016, Noricum Gold Limited confirms that the proposed '1 for 100' consolidation of its ordinary share capital has been effected.

Trading on AIM in the resultant 47,924,853 ordinary shares of no par value will commence today at 8.00 a.m. with the ISIN VGG659191131 and SEDOL BZ0BLZ9.

The change of Company name to Georgian Mining Corporation is expected to occur on or around 10 October 2016 and a further announcement confirming the change will be made in due course.
