On 19 September 2008, the Group announced that it had received a preliminary 
approach which may, or may not, lead to an offer being made for Ennstone. These 
discussions have now terminated and hence all offer discussions which may lead 
to an offer for Ennstone have now ceased and therefore the Group is no longer in
