The following supplement to the Offering Circular has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and is available for viewing:

Supplement dated 23 August 2023 (the Supplement) to the Offering Circular dated 3 April 2023 (the Offering Circular) in respect of the Euro Medium Term Note Programme of Places for People Homes Limited and Places for People Treasury plc to reflect the increase in the aggregate nominal amount of the Programme from GBP2,000,000,000 to GBP3,000,000,000.
