Director/PDMR shareholding
Gresham House, (AIM: GHE) the specialist alternative asset
manager, announces that, pursuant to the vesting of the 2018 Save
As You Earn Scheme, PDMR Benjamin Guest has exercised his options
to purchase 5,541 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital
of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 324.8 pence per
Ordinary Share. The 5,541 Ordinary Shares will be transferred by
the Gresham House plc Employee Benefit Trust to Benjamin Guest. His
resultant shareholding is listed below.
