INTERIM DIVIDEND
5 February 2024
Further to the announcement made on 31 January
2024, The Board of Gabelli Merger Plus+ Trust Plc is pleased to
announce an additional interim dividend in respect of the financial
year ended 30 June 2023 of US$0.24 per ordinary share has been
declared by the Directors, payable on 1 March 2024 to holders of
ordinary shares on the register at the close of business on 16
February 2024 (ex-dividend date is 15 February 2024).
The revised schedule of interim dividends
payable is set out in the table below:

The Company will commence quarterly dividend
payments for the year starting with the quarter ending 31 March
2024, to be determined at the discretion of the Board using the
period's interest and dividend income earned, among other
factors.
The Board will continue to review and assess
the Company's distribution policy.
