The Directors of Hargreaves Lansdown are pleased to announce that the Company will pay a second interim (final) dividend as follows:

   Pay Date                                28 September 2016 
   Dividend per share               16.30p

There will also be a special dividend as follows:

   Dividend per share                9.90p

* Shares bought on or after the ex-dividend date will not qualify for the dividend.
