Directors Notice



The Board regrets to inform shareholders of the death of Rex Cooper on 4th
February 2003.  He joined the board as Chairman on 3rd May 1989 and retired as
Chairman on 30th June 2000.  We are extremely grateful to him for his valuable
contribution to the company.  The Board will consider the possibility of a
replacement in due course.
