New Independent 3rd Party Valuation of Nanette 
 
 
On the 1 September 2009, Olimpia Real Estate Holdings Ltd. ("Olimpia"), (in 
which Oskar Kazanelson, the Company's CEO, serves as the Chairman of the Board 
and is also part of the controlling group of Olimpia shareholders), which is 
listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, made an announcement on the Tel Aviv 
Stock Exchange, which included reference to an independent valuation of the 
Company. Following Olimpia's announcement, Nanette made the following 
announcement on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange: 
 
 
Nanette Real Estate Group, Central & Eastern European residential real estate 
developer, is pleased to announce that on the 1.9.2009, Olimpia, which currently 
holds app. 32.5 % of Nanette's issued share capital,  has notified that an 
independent valuation of Nanette made by Giza Singer Even Ltd, to Olimpia's 
request, estimated the equity economic value of Nanette at EUR108.7m as at 
30.6.09 
 
 
The valuation was attached to Olimpia's announcement.
