Appointment of Administrators

Resignation of Nomad

Further to its announcement of 14 April 2020, Nektan confirms that Steven de Lara of Signature Litigation (Gibraltar) Limited and Ian Defty of CVR Global LLP have been appointed as joint administrators to the Company in the Supreme Court of Gibraltar.

Shore Capital and Corporate Limited and Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited have resigned as Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker, respectively, to Nektan with immediate effect. Pursuant to AIM Rule 1, if a replacement Nominated Adviser is not appointed within one month, admission of the Company's securities to trading on AIM will be cancelled. The Company has no current intention of appointing a replacement Nominated Adviser.
