Following the acquisition of 1,131,067 ordinary shares of EUR0.01 each in the capital of the Company, Setanta Asset Management Limited is now the holder of 11,965,064 ordinary shares of EUR0.01 each in Origin. This holding represents approximately 9.53% of the Company's issued share capital, excluding treasury shares.
