Notice of AGM

Dublin, Ireland, November 7 , 2023 - Ovoca Bio, a biopharmaceutical company with a focus on women's health, announces that a Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), containing details of the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM, has been published and posted to shareholders. The Notice of AGM is also available on the Company's website at https://ovocabio.com/agm-registration/ .

The Company's 2023 AGM will be held via live conference facility on 30 November 2023 at 4 p.m. Further details in relation to shareholder participation in the meeting is detailed in the Notice of AGM.

It will be possible to fully participate in the meeting using the live conferencing facility provided by the Company for this purpose. Shareholders will be able to use this facility to vote and /or ask questions. Shareholders will also be able to submit questions in advance of the AGM in writing by email to the Company Secretary at info@ovocabio.com to be received no later than 4 p.m. on 28 November 2023. All correspondence should include sufficient information to identify the shareholder on the Register of Members. Questions submitted using these methods will be addressed by the Chairman at the AGM, where possible.
