Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange plc for 1,322,018 ordinary shares of 2 7/9p each ("shares") to be admitted to the Official List.

These shares have been issued under The Perform Group plc Performance Share Plan. The admission of these shares is expected to be on 20 November 2014.

The shares rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares.
