    Notice of Final Results

    Pubs 'n' Bars PLC (AIM: PNB) will be reporting its final results for the first time using International Financial Reporting Standards
(IFRS). Comparative information in the financial statements will be restated to comply with these accounting policies.

    As a consequence of implementing IFRS, the Company will announce its final audited results for the period ended 31 December 2007 on 6
June 2008.
