PPHE to join the FTSE EPRA
Nareit Global Developed Index
PPHE Hotel Group, an international
hospitality real estate company that develops, owns, and operates
hotels and resorts, is pleased to announce its inclusion in the
FTSE EPRA Nareit Global Real Estate Index Series. The inclusion
will be effective from the start of trading on 23 December 2024.
The index series [1],
developed by the FTSE Group in collaboration with the European
Public Real Estate Association (EPRA) and the National Association
of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT), is the leading benchmark
for listed real estate investments. It is designed to track the
performance of listed real estate companies and REITs worldwide, to
promote, develop, and represent the European public real estate
sector.
