On Tuesday 11 March 2008 Paroha Nominees Pty Ltd in its capacity as trustee for
the Paroha Nominees Pty Ltd < Superannuation Fund A/C > being a fund in which Mr
Rosen may have an entitlement as a beneficiary gave instructions to acquire,
through an on-market transaction in the ordinary course of trading of the
Australian Stock Exchange, 10,000 ordinary fully paid Phosphagenics Limited
shares. By Contract Sale Notice Paroha Nominees Pty Ltd was advised on Thursday
13 March 2008 that the purchase had been completed at an average cost of A$0.175
a share. Mr Rosen is also a director of the trustee company.
