Sinosoft has been notified today that Mark Christopher Greaves, a non-executive
director of the Company, has purchased 150,000 ordinary shares of 0.148642 pence
each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 10.5p per share.

Following the purchase today Mr Greaves holds a total of 400,000 Ordinary Shares
representing approximately 0.24% of the Company's issued share capital.
