realizing several significant benefits, including:
Increased cash flow through operational
efficiency: By utilizing Sage Intacct to automate its
entire order-to-cash process, GoGuardian’s finance team eliminated
a 5,000-line contracts and revenue spreadsheet, reduced their
monthly close by 80 percent, and pulled in an additional seven
million dollars in operating cash.
Heightened investment in scalable growth
strategies: GoGuardian utilized their increase in
operating resources to invest in headcount for product development,
push out fundraising by eight months, and further develop a
reseller channel to reach more schools.
Enhanced financial data to inform business
decisions: Using the dimensions capabilities within Sage
Intacct to track, tag, and add valuable business context to the
company’s financial data, GoGuardian’s finance team can provide
fast answers and key metrics to company management and outside
investors, informing strategic growth decisions.
