    Investment Manager Letter to Investors and Other Information  

    Following the negative news reported on the Vietnamese economy over recent weeks, the Company and its Investment Manager are today
sending a letter to its shareholders to provide an update on the Investment Manager's view of the current state of the Vietnamese economy,
the property market and the potential implications for the Company. This letter will also be available from the Company's website
(www.sglvietnam.com).

    Given the current situation in Vietnam, the Company is currently studying some distressed project development opportunities with the
view of acquiring a significant stake in return for funding their continued development to completion. The Company expects that this
strategy may well allow access to more advanced projects and enable it to spread its exposure, while at the same time providing the
opportunity for attractive return for its Shareholders.
